Each item is meticulously examined: stitching, finishes, markings, logos, hardware, closures, interior, and material texture. The objective: to verify the overall consistency of the piece and detect any anomalies.
STEP 2: ENTRUPY, OUR TRUSTED PARTNER
To complement this expertise, we use Entrupy, a leading technology in luxury item authentication. The tool analyzes the material's characteristics and compares them to a database of authenticated items, providing an additional level of verification.
STEP 3: TRANSPARENCY AND TRACEABILITY
At LOVAGAIN, transparency is an integral part of our approach. Each authenticated item is accompanied by a certificate, depending on the nature of the piece:
Entrupy Certificate: When the item is authenticated via Entrupy, an Entrupy certificate is issued. It attests to the authentication performed and comes with an authenticity guarantee, according to Entrupy's conditions.
LOVAGAIN Certificate: When authentication is validated according to our internal procedure, a LOVAGAIN certificate is issued. It attests to our checks and is part of our authenticity guarantee, covered by LOVAGAIN.
In all cases, we thoroughly document the item: detailed photos and identification elements (markings, signatures, numbers when available), as well as its essential characteristics (material, color, finishes, hardware, interior).
We maintain a secure internal database containing the identification elements of each item sold (detailed photos, characteristics, numbers, and markings when available). This allows us to ensure rigorous tracking and retrieve an item's history in case of a warranty-related request.

Our authenticity guarantee applies without time limit, exclusively for the initial buyer.
In case of dispute
Any dispute must be accompanied by an independent expert appraisal carried out at the client's initiative, as well as the order number and any relevant information (photos, details, certificate).
Upon receipt, LOVAGAIN will carry out a thorough verification based on our internal database and the item's identification history. If necessary, we will arrange for a counter-expert appraisal to make an objective decision.

If non-authenticity is confirmed after these verifications, we will proceed with a full refund (item + initial delivery), according to our return procedure.
