To guarantee this authenticity, we have implemented a multi-step authentication process designed to verify the consistency, quality, and identification details of each piece.
STEP 1: HUMAN EXPERTISE
Our in-house expertise, reinforced by a network of luxury professionals, is based on an in-depth knowledge of brands, materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques. This approach allows us to identify essential details and detect any potential inconsistencies, even in the face of the most sophisticated counterfeits.
Each item is carefully examined: stitching, finishes, markings, logos, hardware, closures, interior, material texture, and model-specific characteristics. The objective is to verify the overall consistency of the piece and detect any unusual element.
STEP 2: ENTRUPY, OUR AUTHENTICATION PARTNER
To complement this expertise, we use Entrupy, an independent authentication technology specialized in luxury goods. The tool analyzes certain material characteristics and compares them to a database of authenticated items, providing an additional level of verification when applicable.

STEP 3: TRANSPARENCY AND TRACEABILITY
At LOVAGAIN, transparency is an integral part of our approach. Depending on the nature of the item, authentication may be supported by an Entrupy certificate or a LOVAGAIN certificate.
Entrupy Certificate : when an item is authenticated through Entrupy, an Entrupy certificate may be issued. It attests to the authentication performed according to Entrupy’s own conditions.
LOVAGAIN Certificate : when authentication is validated according to our internal procedure, a LOVAGAIN certificate may be issued. It attests to the checks carried out by our team and forms part of our authenticity guarantee.
In all cases, we carefully document each item: detailed photos, identification elements when available : markings, signatures, serial numbers or codes. As well as its essential characteristics : material, color, finishes, hardware, and interior.
We maintain a secure internal database containing the identification elements of each item sold: detailed photos, characteristics, numbers, codes, and markings when available. This traceability allows us to ensure rigorous tracking and retrieve an item’s history in case of a warranty-related request.
STEP 4: OUR AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Our authenticity guarantee applies without time limit, exclusively to the original buyer of the item from LOVAGAIN.
In case of dispute
Any dispute must be accompanied by an independent expert appraisal carried out at the client’s initiative, as well as the order number and any relevant information: photos, item details, possible certificate, or additional documents.
Upon receipt of these elements, LOVAGAIN will carry out a thorough verification based on its internal database and the item’s identification history. If necessary, we may request a counter-expert appraisal in order to make an objective decision.
If non-authenticity is confirmed
If non-authenticity is confirmed after these verifications, we will proceed with a full refund of the item and the initial delivery fees, in accordance with our return procedure.
