In-store pickup in Paris is also possible by appointment, from Friday to Monday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Delivery is free and fully covered for all our customers, both in France and internationally. The price displayed is the final price: it already includes all delivery charges, as well as any duties and taxes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days. All requests must be sent by email to support@lovagain.com.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with the LOVAGAIN seal intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued after receipt and verification of the product.
