Order confirmation
Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items ordered. We will then proceed to prepare your order.
In the exceptional case that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you by email within 24 hours of your purchase. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a full refund if payment has already been authorized and processed.
Legal ownership of the item remains with LOVAGAIN until full payment is received.

International orders
Customs duties and taxes included
We offer free worldwide shipping, with all customs duties, import taxes and administrative fees fully covered by LOVAGAIN.
This means:

We ship with trusted international carriers and ensure that your order clears customs smoothly and quickly, in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. All our shipments are insured and tracked.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return period
You must notify us by email at [your email] before returning your order. Your order must reach us within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Your order must be returned in its entirety to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with our tags, unworn, and with all original packaging, cards, documents, and all items included in your delivery. We cannot process incomplete returns.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping costs.
International returns – additional requirements:
Mark the shipment as a return ("Returned French Goods – No Commercial Value") both on the outside of the package and on the commercial invoice provided to your carrier. We advise you to consult your courier service on this matter.
If these steps are not followed and we incur customs duties, VAT or clearance fees upon re-entry into France, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification. Please allow an additional 7 business days for the payment processor to credit your account.
Please note:
- We do not refund delivery charges incurred for expedited shipping or any other specific arrangements associated with your order.
- We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased in physical stores or at events.
